Situated on the brand new community - Sandy Ridge, Goofy\'s Getaway is a lovely \"new\" 5 Bedroom 3 Bathroom single story Villa with a stunning private outlook over lake and conservation views from the Pool area.
This is a beautiful new 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Our home is furnished to a deluxe quality standard which will add both comfort and pleasure to your stay.
The Great Family Room features a Queen sleeper leather sofa, a separate leather sofa , 27 inch TV with cable, DVD, and an entertainment centre. This spacious room has a high vaulted ceiling which adds to the feel of space. There is a ceiling fan to add to the ambience.The Great Family Room looks out on to the swimming pool and on to the superb lake view. Alarmed patio doors open up to the pool area.
A fully equipped kitchen with all the every day appliances you would expect and need on your vacation. This is an open plan kitchen fitted with cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer complete with ice maker, and much more... Their is a quaint kitchen nook with a small table and four chairs. Ideal for breakfast and the children\'s meals. This area can accommodate an additional 4-6 people at meal times.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. Two master bedrooms with each having big comfortable King size beds, walk in closets and a large private en-suite bathrooms. The first master bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling and access via the en-suite bathroom to the pool area.This doubles as a pool bath. Each master suite has a 19\" cable TV. Both master bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
Both bedrooms each have two twin beds. These bedrooms each have a 13\" TV with cable. The fifth bedroom has been turned in to a Family Den with a sleeping sofa, 19\" TV and features a Sony Play Station 2. This will give parents a little bit of space whilst their children enjoy some cable TV or games on the Play Station. Wireless Hi-Speed broadband is available too!
