Vacation Rentals Description
This air-conditioned, two bedroom, two bath, single level home features living room, dining room, kitchen and a large family room leading to a spacious raised deck featuring a built in gazebo, water feature and wet bar. The living room features comfortable leather seating, bookshelves with a variety of classic and contemporary books and magazines, a stereo radio with iPOD dock and small LCD TV. The dining room adjoins the living room and features a classic wooden table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen will make you feel right at home. All dishware, cookware, utensils and gadgets are at your fingertips. The kitchen features a gas cooktop, full size microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee-maker, blender and kettle. A small supply of staples such as coffee, tea, sugar and condiments are kept on hand.
Both bedrooms include queen size, luxurious pillow-top beds. Bathrooms are located across the hall from each bedroom. Soft, luxurious towels are provided for you. The first bathroom features tub & shower. It also has a washer, dryer and laundry tub for the convenience of those renting for longer periods. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bright, sunny family room is in the addition at the back of the cottage. The airy room is complimented by colourfully upholstered seating, pine tables and wall unit featuring a second LCD TV. The cottage is WI-FI equipped so you'll still feel connected even while on vacation. The family room includes a walkout to an expansive deck and large private treed yard. Plenty of seating is provided in the shaded gazebo or under the trailing wisteria vines of the pergola surrounding the patio set. A gas BBQ is provided. The sunny side of the deck includes a trickling water fountain that will calm you after a hectic day of shopping in town. Sip your wine on the patio overlooking the tennis court. The wet bar on the deck includes a bar fridge to keep your drinks chilled while you chill out courtside.
